It just means that your right cuff is a bit stiff vs your left, and could be a sign of impending injury about to happen especially with a bench press. Uneven flexibility usually means uneven strength levels. Get to work ASAP!

I've actually started a regimen of rotator cuff work. My only question is, how many days a week should it be done?
