Does anyone know which ingredients cause the bloat!? And is there a way one can attempt to use this product with minimum bloat? What would be the ideal way. 1 cap morning noon and night.. Pre carb meals? I have lots of it and want to find a way to make it work
I don't know which ingredient may be causing it, but a good way IMO is to run just one cap before carb heavy meals. The dose with that protocol should work. I usually run 2-3 caps before carb heavy meals
