How is this?
My stats are: 16/165/5'11
Diet:
7:00/6 Egg Whites (eat 2 of the yolks), 2 bannana's and Whole Wheat bread
10:15/2 Protein Bars (Homemade)
12:00/School food--Meat, Fruit, and that's about (In the summer, i'll eat 2 Turkey Sandwiches on Wheat Bread)
3:30/Tuna, Veggies (Brocali and Califlower), and cashews
4:30/Lift
5:30/Chicken
(Pre-packaged, it's just faster to make), Potatoes (Or Rice), and veggies
6:00/Work
6:30/2 Homemade protein bars
10:00/Tub of Cottage Cheese & 2 bannana's
Is this good? Should I eat more, less, different things?
Routine good? Different lifts I should do? Different rep/set range?
I think i'm around 15% body fat now, I want to get down pretty low... Around 8% pretty soon, I dont have much muscle though. I have small pecs and alright sized guns but I want them pretty huge though
I want to look kind of like Arnold when he was hung, but less muscle mass just cuz that's not realistic yet unless i go on AS.
Once I gain like 10-15lbs, should I start cutting?
When I cut, should I just run stairs, play basketball, jog, or what?
I figure I can gain 10-15lbs in 2 months or less, which would be around July, that would be perfect if i could get cut before September.
Suggestions?
