I don't use brand names because they are not worth the money you spend on them. ProteinFactory has a much better product. They are not expensive by any means. You have companies out there peddling their shitty whey concentrate for $30 per tub. You can get 7 pounds of that at PF if you want cheap protein.

Then you have companies like Opt. Nutrition that "say" they include whey isolates, peptides, hydrolzed, etc.... but yet they don't give you a break down or how much of each they contain.

I used 2 customized protein powders from PF and they never cost more than $9-$10 per pound.

how do their flavorings taste? honestly. i worked at a health food store in high school, and i tasted about every protein on the market and the overwhelming majority of them taste like absolute shit.
