Hey guys, I was hoping you could help me out with a diet plan.
i have worked out on and off (usually during the middle of summer I don't get to the gym like I should) for about 3 to 4 years.
The thing that really frustrates me is my diet. I am allergic to eggs and have hypoglycemia! People I have talked to at the gym start going off about whey protein and eggs and blah,blah,blah! Then I tell them about my problems and look for a solution and they look at me like I am from outer space! WTF?
The point is I want to be in great shape! (I will be 40 in a couple of weeks) and don't want to end up looking like half the guys my age (They look half pregnant!) I want to look and feel good.
Any advice would be DEEPLY appreciated! Thanks!
