Just looking for some ideas on more stuff to eat, Im kind of getting tiered of my routine. Never really ate frozen food before, and just tried some pork and chicken pot stickers, not the most balanced thing in the world, but easy and quick to make.

What's to bump. The only good frozen foods are the ones u cook on sunday and put in the freezer for the rest of the week.

Or frozen vegetables.

Frozen meals are high in sodium and junk. The lean cuisine stuff is pretty decent but u're getting no portion and not enough cals, u'd have to eat 4 to have a decent meal.

right again

Frozen veggies rule though - apart from vitamin C, they actually contain more vitamins and minerals than fresh veggies (because they are snapped fresh)

also true, they are frozen while fresh, so they maintain minerals that would usually fade as they sit on the shelf
