From spare tire to 6 pac in 12 weeks? possible or BS ???

New member
At age 17 I was a major fat ass 38% bodyfat and 42 inch waist to match on my 5'7 frame of 260 after bodybuilding for the past 4 years I have gotten as low as 19% bodyfat and 34 inch waist which keeps fluctuating from a 34-36 I am pretty much trying a new cycle of something ever 12 weeks but I am not getting the results the advertisments show. My ass 25% to 6% in 12 weeks is that EAS shit bull ? I mean Yeah I changed my body composition and I look like I am cut up (with clothes on) but my 34-36 inch waist doesnt look like others I got the dunlaps disease. When ever I do one of the cycles I can sometimes feel my abs but never see them. I am sick of waisting time, money, and energy trying to finally reach my goal of getting a 6 pack I have considered steriods, clenbuterol, cytomel, but honestly I am already loosing my hair, and I would like to keep as much sperm as possible until I get married. So those side effects arn't something I want to experience. The eca stacks don't work for me anymore and the chistoian fiber shit is really not worth it unless I just wanted to maintain.

A lot of you will say yeah its my diet, well ok for GOD's Sake what the hell am I doing wrong I have tried protein diets then people say oh you are gonna loose too much muscle, I have tried going to the gym twice a day cardio in the morn, workout at night and these arnt pussy workouts like I see some people doing. Eating 6 small meals a day, eating 6 large meals a day, all show minimal results, and not the results I want I just keep gaining more muscle and barley any fat. If I do loose any weight It comes back the day I cheat. I want to loose FAT. I want a 6 pac I don't want my belly hanging over my belt. My brother and I are both 19% bodyfat and he wears a 34 and so do I but my gut protrudes he doesnt have a gut whats up with that ? I have tried personal trainers yeah I got a good work out but dude I dont want to more muscle, I change things up all the time but still get stuck with plateus. I already have a fucking 48 inch chest and cut up upper body and this helps make me look good in clothes with the slimming effect but thats not what I want.

I dont really care too much about my health at this point I want to loose the rest of the fat with the condition of keeping my hair, and enough sperm to have a couple rugrats later on in life. And I dont want to fuck something up so bad that I am gonna get fat later on in life cause of something I did to my thyroid I dont really care if I loose all my muscle too I just dont want a gut anymore. I can gain muscle anytime

Anyone that can help I would appreciate it

I don't care too much of my health but I don't want to die. DNP is the last thing on my list.

CKD. Yes I have tried it I didn't buy any books on it just from what I learned on the internet. I use to stay on for 12 days and 2 days off. I would loose about 6 pounds in those 12 days and then after the 2 off days I would gain back like 5 of it. I gave it up after a month of loosing only 4 pounds of which I believed to be water. I might have been doing it wrong who knows I am willing to try it again. Is there a limit to how much I eat of protein and fat on those days or do I have to calorie count ? and when I carb upload is it a cheat day or is it just adding in carbs. I have heard hundreds of different theories on this is there any where on the net I can look as a guide ?

as much as I hate to use the old cliche - your problem might simply be genetics.....

it doesn't seem that losing the weight and keeping it off consistently should be THAT difficult - provided you are eating clean, hitting the weights and doing your cardio...

the genetics factor sucks....but i hate dismissing things to genetics...because it tends to make people want to just throw in the towel

keep plugging away - hopefully you will find a lifestyle that works for you!!

ultimately you may never realistically be able to have 6% bodyfat - and that's OK!! Don't fall into the trap of believing that those advertisements you see represent typical results!! the bottom line is that the supplement companies want you money - and they'll make whatever claims they can to play on your desire to lose weight........

....there really is no magic pill or supplement....eat clean...get into the gym...and get lots of water and rest......

stay consistent and if the bodyfat never gets down to 6% you may just have to be content with that!!

I kind of had a feeling someone would say that to me :(

Its kind of depressing......... I mean I go to the gym about twice a day kill my self dieting and I get shit results. I did change my body and everyone is always asking me for advice in the gym because I look like I know what I am doing. (only if they knew).

I have asked my doctor before and he told me its not extra skin and it is possible for me to loose but I havn't seen it yet. I am seriously thinking of turning to clenbuterol, cytomel, and the TKD diet. I mean through all the work I have done and the pain I went through I think I deserve a 6 pac. Then I see others who have went to a gym for a couple months and achieved 10 times better results and they dont even diet or go consistently ...... How do you think that makes me feel.

I guess that means I can't be a professional body builder :/

Well anyways can someone throw some info about dieting on TKD, clenbuterol, or cytomel. I would love to talk to someone on the phone about any of those three, I would call and pick up the tab let me know ? or just reply to this if you can

Gotta agree with Stryc-9 that your problem is mainly genetic, you will just have to work a little harder to get where you want to be.

Might want to try the 'fat fast' diet over on testosterone.net basically you just eat protein powder and flax oil, they say to use androsol and whatnot, but I think that stuff is shit,,, but who am I to say.
If youre burning more calories than you are consuming it is physically impossible not to lose weight, thats always been my saying. Either consume less or do more, the perfect balance is of course the best but it is often hard to find. It is inevitable to lose muscle unless youre going to try AS, but youre only 17 so you shouldnt really need it at this point. I can't tell any diff between Clen and ECA, but you may. T3 is pretty good stuff, if you don't mind potentially fucking up your already low metabolism,, and its cheaper than ECA in some cases.
Good luck, I was like you for a while. Finally when I was a senior in high school I dieted down to 125lbs (I was in wrestling so that helped) from 160,, basically watched my calories, skipping breakfast always (I still do that when dieting, if I eat breakfast I get hungry as fuck all day,, if I dont,, I am not hungry, its wierd), and did wrestling practice 6 days a week which was very very very aerobic (it fucking sucked dick, I hate aerobics). Even at that weight I had some 'baby fat' but that was more genetic than anything, but I was pretty fuckin ripped, and still benched 275.

Good luck man.

diet

well its like you said yourself. People are going to haras you about your diet well im one of them.

You said that you tried all kinds of diets. Protein diets, eating 6 small meals. This implies that you do not eat 6 small meals every day 24/7 whole year round. This is what you should do you should not expect to lose a lot of weight from just sticking to a diet for 1 month. You will have to show some dedication. Just start keeping a nutrition log write down everything you eat. And stay 200-500 cals below your maintanance for 2 months. Then go back to your maintance prevent your body from adapting. Then cut back again. You do not have to stick to this aproach. Just pick one tried and proven aproach and stick with it man.

I too once thought it was imposible to get me some washboard abs. But boy did i have me some abs this summer :p Just make a plan and stick by it.

bro start counting calories... forget the genetics issue, if you start thinking about that you'll never acheive your goals. Don't give up!!!!!! count calories if that's your last resort, and monitor intakes of carbs, protein, and fats, and allow yourself 1 cheat day, just don't eat too much in this damn cheat day. If you eat too much you're going to have way too many calories to burn off the next few days.

gotta say....listen to risky....

yeah I know I raised the whole stupid genetics issue.....and I was very apprehensive about doing so

i tried to be clear though....you can't let less than desireable genetics stop you from making improvements in your life and overall health....

living a healthy lifestyle means more than just "getting ripped"!!

there are benefits on the inside that make it all worthwhile!!
