Thx Lobo! I just wanted to throw out another thing I've recently heard about and done more with -- the Health Ball -- you know the big beach ball looking things? These are great for doing abs on because they give you a more "form fitting" base to do your crunches. They also give you a great way to do "resistance training" where your own body weight is the resistance part -- e.g. do "squats" very similar to sissy squats, except you use the ball behind your back to "roll" down the wall while holding good form on your legs. Another is push ups with your legs on the ball. Or wheelbarrow-style walking with the ball under your legs and your arms "walking" forward and backward. All sorts of ab work with these things as well.
Anyway -- just another way to WORK IT BABY! Plus, like free weights, it forces you to watch your form and your BALANCE! Because you look *really* stupid when you fall off the ball...! and its SOOOOO important to look cool while you are in the gym...
