Well to be honest with you. My assistance exercises are more bodybuilding. All my sets are 4. And I keep the reps from 6-10 reps. But when I do 10 I make sure that they are a HARD 10. The only assistance work I do for bench is boards. And for deadlifts I do Rack Pulls, and Reverse Hypers. When I do legs I train my squat to get strong, and then ill go on to some leg presses, leg ext., leg curls, and good mornings or stiff legged deads. I train my legs this way because I want big legs. Im not sure if this helps at all. If not let me know.
