Frankenstein Project by Zed

Couple of pics from this week...
Chest shoulders and biceps that I dont ever directly work...yet. LOL thats after a workout and I do normally comb my hair but I had just wrestled my shirt off.

You know, IDK why but I just feel really really good today. No achs, no pains, relaxed, at ease. Just really really good. Nice feeling.

Lookin good bro. Looks like you're chest and shoulders have filled out quite a bit since the last pics you put up in you're old thread.

You already got some size on ya bro....this cycle is gonna make u a monster! Looking forward to this, if it works out its a gram of test and 800mg deca for me next winter Lol

BBL curls 5x3@125
DBL curls each arm 5x3@40
CGBP 1x20@85, 3x10@135
Kick back slow 5x3@35
Upright Row wide grip 2x10@105
" " " narrow grip 2x10@105

Notes,
Starting out slow on the Close grip bench press, dont wanna mess my shoulder.
Kickback are proper kickbacks, slow and controled,
DBL curls are start with neutral grip and then pronate as I bring it up so that knuckles are facing away.
For now shoulders are agreeable to the upright rows (bbl).
 
Alright, game's up sonny! Who are you and what have you done with Zed??? "isolation"?? "direct ab work"?? not the Zed I know! lol! I hope you know to do a proper DB curl you have to put one hand on your hip and extend the pinky finger of the hand holding the weight! lmao!


Sorry Zed mate! Couldn't help takin the micky! I know you're prepping for a rpoutine which'll include isolation and you got that competition with Radar about the abs :D I actually never stopped doing abs, when you have to do them in class it's best to be good at them. Seriously though bro, you look to me like you're in limbo a bit with these interim workouts, bet you're itching to get started killing it proper eh? :D

Yeah its kinda hard for me to get into but what I am trying to do is to hit all parts pretty well.
Yeah belive me I am itching to get on with this. My 2 guys are both independent business- men and they got super busy all of a sudden. But with the non price that they are giving I dont have room to bitch.
I reckon they are gonna put abs in there somewhere along the way in the next year so might as well bite the bullet and get on with it. It sure as hell isnt gonna hurt me at any rate.
I do know that the rep ranges in the actual program are gonna be in the 8-12 range so thats why Ive upped my reps so uncharacteristeriscly.
Also I find that I am enjoying the Hang cleans quite a bit. Gr8 for just about every part.
So as you can see I am kinda in limbo but I do know that time is counting down quickly and then BAM I will be off and running on a pro program.
