Ok time for an update.
Been doing the alternative chest presses and so far so good! And that makes me happy.
Am doing the floor presses only. Am doing them with arms at 45° to my bod and also arms str8 down by my sides. Also found that it is very comfortable for me to do incline flys. So just gonna go with that for now.
Other then that everything shaping up nicely on this program for me. Maybe its cuz my bod is so used to the 5x5, IDK. But I am getting results and getting them pretty dam fast. Also as a side note I have managed to loose 12 LBS. I have no idea where or when this happend but am happy about it as I do think my mid section looks noticeably better. A pleasant surprise. Obviously I dont weight in too often.
