Have you seen an orthopedic doc for the shoulder? I have had my shoulders fixed twice each and they are awesome now. Of course, when I do bench I stay on the smith machine, almost tearing a pec last year freaked the hell out of me.

That's all I hear Radar when I go in is I'm a big mf and crap. You would think they never saw someone who was in shape. The general surgeon for my back surgery said he could find very little fat where he made the incision between my naval and joy stick.

Hang in there ZED. See the ortho if you haven't and get back. I'm not far behind at 47.

My right shoulder is toast, fuggered yet again.
Im thinking I have to drop bench press completely. There is just no variation that I can think of that I can do more then 135 Lbs on.
So Ima thinking just cut that from my workout and sub it Gironda CHEST dips.

But man I so love the results that I get from good ol flat bench.
I forget that even unweighted I am pushing 200 Lbs on the dips. I weigh 250 and am guessing that 50 LBS for both arms???
Gonna try it today after squats and see if I can manage it or not.

Your arms are big bro, I usually take away 44lbs from my bodyweight to guess how much I'm pushing when I dip so 50 is prolly right for you. :)
I dropped bench as my main chest exercise ages ago, I LOVE those G-dips :evil: in fact my chest is my only body part not to have shrunken rapidly recently ;) cos I always manage to bang out some G-dips (3 sets of 20 2 or 3 times a week) hope it works out for you bro :D
