Well fuck!
My right shoulder is toast, fuggered yet again.
Im thinking I have to drop bench press completely. There is just no variation that I can think of that I can do more then 135 Lbs on.
So Ima thinking just cut that from my workout and sub it Gironda CHEST dips.

But man I so love the results that I get from good ol flat bench.
I forget that even unweighted I am pushing 200 Lbs on the dips. I weigh 250 and am guessing that 50 LBS for both arms???
Gonna try it today after squats and see if I can manage it or not.
