Last thread i will make about form check. I will just post my videos in here, so there will constantly by videos in here and some questions etc.
Today was full squat day, and dynamic rows and benching. Benching i didn't record.
Full Squat
So as you can see my first set was horrid, my back rounded so much it was unbelievable. Literally unbeliavable, after looking at it and checking something, my second set was a little bit better. I got a little indicator i use in my head, that i can sort of get my depth where my back won't round. Though in the second set, my back did round quite a bit on some of them. Third set wasn't that bad, i know i can use a lot more weight, because when i used my indicator on some reps where my back was good and didn't round, i found the weight considerably lighter then when i would go down TOOO far. Next week my video will be a lot better, i will use my little indicator so hopefully my back won't round at all! Any thoughts on my back rounding?
The guy that is helping me is making me do a heavy day at #11 pins, where my back doesn't round and i "touch n go" to help me prevent the rounding of the back and use more weight. However we kept the full squat so i can still practice it, and im suppose to use heavy weight. Do you think i should set the pins a bit higher? Or sort of do what im doing now, mentally getting a spot where my back doesn't round?
Dynamic Bentrow
Well, i thought it went a lot better. However, i am not too familiar with the form but i think i did use a bit of legs, and my form wasn't all the best at the top of the row. Thoughts? how did it look?
Btw, monday i will have my dead lifts and push presses up. Thanks ahead for the input!
