for those who preach incline use for chest, what are your reasons why?

Hey CoolColJ, that girl in your avatar is cute.

Is there some kind of rack to hold DB's? I wish there was cause I could push more weight but I cannot get it into position without using allot of swing momentum. I am using 75pounders and they are a bitch to get in place for inclines. They dont feel all that heavy when I am doing the set but damn they are heavy to get up in place.

yes she's definitely easy on the eyes :)

I have seen a spotting system for dumbells somewhere for home trainers. Its like a rope system with clips that freeze the dumbells in place when you let go. pretty nifty

There are also hooks that hook onto a bar on a benchpress/incline press bench. Worth getting a pair to take to the gym

What I do is jump clean them up from the ground while falling back onto the bench at the same time . It takes a bit of practise to get right and you do need to be fairly explosive to get em up - but its ok for me since I do olympic lifts :)
There is a risk of injuring something though...

Yeah that is what I was concerned with: injury. I have a pinched nerve as it is. Shit, thanks- those hooks are exactly what I need to take to the gym. I really hate the barbell. I rarely use it for anything. I use DB for allot of things. I prefer them. Thanks very much for the link!
