For those who are BULKING..........

just divide calories by body weight.

however, it's easy enough to eat a shitload of calories if all you eat is fat. try a few bottles of flax seed oil. then try keeping it down. ;)

It's not quite that simple. If you take 2 people, each weighing 210lbs, one with 8% bodyfat and one with 30% bodyfat, their calorie intake should be different.

You have to figure out your BMR, and then do a few more things to decide your total calories, like do you have desk job or are you a construction worker. What are your workouts like etc. Then either add or subtract 500kcal at a time to dial in gain or loss.

Um, err, you do know that bulking doesn't mean piling as much fat on as you possibly can, right?
