Spring and summer are almost here, but my quest to put on mass has yet to cease.......might never..........anyways, I think we should use this thread to log in our foods from today (Friday) until SUnday. He who eats the most, gets the ol' karma hit from everyone else that has posted...........100% honor system............in? ;)
 
Eats the most? In terms of good calories, or bad calories, or calories appropriate to BMR and bulking (+500 kcal or so)? Somone at 165lbs shouldn't be eating nearly as much as I do at 210lbs, and that hasn't even taken into account bodyfat relative to it.

Just eating the most isn't a good indicator.

Great idea......let's do it...post your stats and you intake starting tonight (or tomorrow) and keep updating as the weekend progresses...anyone else???
 
wow, the connotation of this :o

definately make a scale adjustment for individual stats - if a 160lb dude eats as much or more than 220+lb dude trying to win this game he might well end up intricated in a whole array of med issues for good :martini:
