Hey guys I Need some help.....I need a good inseason football routine.....something that will tear me up but have me ready by game day....games are friday nights......thanx
i play football too, during our season we don't even lift, but i lift year round besides thoes 9 weeks almost. I'm hella burnt out almost every day after practice. If you do anything like we do your not gona put on muscle during these weeks because of so much cardio, i just think of it as a cutting phase
It's the same for me man.....but i gotta lift.....it's my life.....i need to do it atleast twice a week.....I'm nto sure what i should do? help me out.....please i gotta lift.....I LOVE THE PAIN
dude me too, there are maybe 3 people on my team that lift like i do. I think i'll make a routine for myself something simple. I reallky wana keep progressing during the season, most people loose so much strength after the season is over
i think i'll do something like this
Monday: Chest/Triceps
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Lats/Shoulders
Thursday: Biceps???
