I jjust found out about a good gym down here, its over off of swan st. or some thing. I guess its just a blood and guts gym. so im gonna check it out

Before i left Fl i worked passed tampa in St Pete. But i woul dsay 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic. St pete is 15 minutes passes downtown tampa and we have done that many times in 35 minutes. It is a straight shot. I-4 to polk county park way get off at South Fl ave and golds is right there. When i get there i will give you my number when i get to Fl next weekened.

Definitly , its been a while since i trained with anybody. If they have a reverse hyper i'm gonna have to make a trip or two up there

Sarasota

I am moving to Sarasota Fl. This weekend an d am looking for a place to train. I have seen a few gyms there but they look like they wont even allow deadlifting. Any help finding a powerlifting freindly gym in the area would be very helpful.

The South Floida Bench contest is on April 27th in Palm Beach County. It is very close to Fort Lauderdale and less than a 2 hour drive from Miami.
