Flexing Pecs

How many of you ladies can flex your pecs independantly, like a guy does? When my husband does it, I'll try too and he laughs at me because nothing happens. Do I need to have big muscles or just more coordination?

i can...i never realized it until i got implants though. right after i got the implants i started lifting more consistently and building muscle so i never knew if i was able to do it before or not!

My pecs are just starting to show but I can move them independantly. I think you just have to get the hang of it...kinda like winking...when you first try it's blinking both eyes, but then you learn to keep one relaxed.

Yesterday hubby and I were goofing around together...he does this ripple thing with his pecs and it looks like he's got bugs crawling around under his skin across his chest. It freaks my daughter out but I love it. Nothing like quality family time! LOL

crawling bugs, that's funny. So what I need to do is start practicing flexing them but what I should do is tell my husband I really need implants.

Post a pic of your pecs. We will be able to diagnose the problem.
Don't wear a shirt it will hamper the examination.
