the oil will provide you with EFA's...essential fatty acids. these are important to get into your body on a daily basis. in my opinion it's something a lot of people don't realise.

i agree with makavelli on this one...after training dont you need to get the protein balance back to being positive..leading to fast muscle recovery...by creating an insulin spike. the insulin hormone is what allows the carb and protein stores in the muscle tissue to be 'refilled'...so providing enough protein and quick absorbing carbs pwo is ideal isnt it?
