This is wrong. You don't want fat in your PWO shake. You need to spike your insulin levels with simple carbs and whey isolate. Adding fat will slow down the absortion. Not to mention that high insulin levels and fat will lead to fat gain.
Use it in a shake or just suck it up, or down, and drink it like I do.
I just eat it w/ the same spoon that I eat my ANPB w/....that way it actually doesn't taste bad at all. And I usually leave my PB spoon in the fridge so its built up a nice PB crust
