Isn't anyone concerned here about the photoestergens of flax?

Flaxseeds have triple the photoestrogen's of any other food, including soy.

Explain! Doesn't that mean that logically it would cause you to create more estrogen? Just like Soy milk does? Then why do people claim it increases their libido so much?!?
 
I don't know the answer to this - I was just putting this information out there, because many people diss soy (I don't drink it cause don't like it), and yet have flaxseeds.

BUT - the photoestrogen in Soy are isoflavanes, whereas in Flax its ligans. Don't know if there any different

well just to throw in my 2 cents. weither it be flax oil or fish oil i dont think you cant go wrong with them. they both provide omega fatty acid and its better to take one than nothing at all?
