flat bench

i do flat db press, i like it better cuz it utilizes more stabilizer muscles, and i feel i get a better pump out of it then i do on bench press
 
I don't do flat bench at all. Flat BB bench just feels wrong for me; I get a slight pain in my shoulders. DB flat feels much better, but I've found that incline DB's and weighted dips give me complete development.

I bench, period. It targets the muscle, it makes the muscle grow with nutrition and rest. The tiny things like db/bb or levels of incline shouldn't be so seriously looked at. Do what feels comfortable, do what you get a good pump out of. You're gonna grow either way.
 
you should really bench to strngthen pectorla girdle and shoulders although I think flat bench is overated I still do them although inclines are my priority
