Fitness Models diet

Make it a lifestyle change.. and something u can live with.

I always wonder why people with an itnerest dont do research.. via the web.. etc..

I think diets, cycles etc r indivudal for the person....

What do you eat now?

If you change your diet temporarily (6 weeks) then your results will also be temporary!

Or are you getting ready for a competition and don't know what to eat? Please give us alittle more information on why you want to change for a small time frame.

If your training for a comp.. don't you have a trainer? I find it weird when ppl ask questiosn like this.. makes me wonder if they have enough information to actually do anything about thier hopes

Most competitors look at at least a 12 week window of contest prep. Unless they tend to stay in contest-ready form year round.

The few that Ive known over the years (top ranking at least) rely on hGH and anavar more than you might want to believe. They love to party and love to drink and it throws off their diets... others take E instead of takin in the alcohol calories. Its always funny to me to see how unhealthy and unfit many of these people are...
Oh well... just like any other sport I guess.

AGREE 100%. Many fitness models don't really live the fitness lifestyle and they do not look as good as they do in the mags. Many fitness models who compete also take test in the off season with their HGH and break out. Lots of them are into the party lifestyle and some work as exotic dancers to make extra income. A few fitness models who were highly publicised in the mags have ruined their lives because they got hooked on rec drugs and you don't see them anymore. Also keep in mind that most of these fitness girls you see in MD are not exactly fitness or figure competitors. A good percentage of them are strippers and high priced escorts. Fitness modelling is not as glamourous as many believe. Another scary thing is that some fitness competitors use coke to cut for competition with their clen and t-3. It's sad, but it's the truth.
