Fitday vs. CalorieKing

How many of you use Fitday and how many use Calorie King?? I currently am using Fitday, but was just looking on Calorie King and that looks pretty good. Just wondering if someone could give me some info on what you think is better at tracking stuff...

Thanks,
PinkPanther

I only use Calorie King to look up nutritional content. I keep my diet real simple, so I don't really need a site that tracks it for me. I tried FitDay once but I didn't really like it, didn't provide what I needed.

I like fitday.com cuz of the custom foods option & I thought it was easier to use...

I didn't like Calorie king cuz it didn't enough foods loaded into it for me....

fitday.com is free -- you need to "register" but it's free & yes, it tracks calories, p/f/c ratios and gives you charts & reports, etc, etc. You can add custom foods & have it track custom nutrition goals for you as well -- like calcium intake, etc.

Very easy to use IMO.

Yeah, I think I will stick with fitday. I do like the custom foods that you can enter in, also, and it is FREE!! I think I will just use CalorieKing for looking up Nutrition Info on foods, as they have a larger database than fitday. Plus, I've been doing fitday for like two years, so there is the history factor...
