first time CRATINE user. please help.

personally i believe its good to load, to allow the creatine to saturate the muscles but thats just me.....anyways whenever i do creatine i take 4 servings (1 heaping teaspoon=1 serving) seperated by 4 hours (on an empty stomach) for 4 days. If your creatine is unflavored and is just regular monohydrate, you should take it with 8 ounces of a high carb, high sugar fruit juice (i use apple or grape usually) so the sugar in the juice works as a transport......
 
I have taking creatine both ways loading and not loading and i noticed better results when loading.When you load split up your doses 10grams in the morning 5 right before you workout and 5 imediately after do this for 5 days even on days you dont lift to keep the creatine in your system.then on your maintenance phase take 5 grams right before you workout and 5 right after.Another tip to give you is do not pre mix your creatine and let it sit in the fridge i see a lot of people do this for the convenience of just being able to grab it on the go but if creatine is mixed in its liquid form it has to be injested within 10 minutes or else it turns into a waste form called creatinine that is just excreted by your body so its a waste.
