looking to run an 8 week ostarine/andarine cutting cycle to drop bf % and maintain/gain lean mass
-25mg ostarine once daily 1-8w
-50mg andarine split dosages 1-8w
-hcgenerate 1-12w
dylans most recent sarm post answered almost everything so just a few additional q's...
considering the s4 has a half life of four hours.. is it necessary/advantageous to split dosages to more than twice daily?
do vision sides vary from user to user? or can I pretty much count on being blind at night while on s4?
can I increase dosages of these compounds once I understand sides are controlled? what would be a max dosage?
iv got adex, letro, nolva on hand.. will they be necessary if gyno/suppression becomes an issue?
iv read a lot of information on the positives/advantages of sarms.. was wondering if anyone had any bad experiences?
currently taking optimum nutrition creatine, bcaa, glutamine, multi vit. fish/flax oil, whey/casein protein, c4 pre w/o etc. etc. would anyone recommend a fat burner to run with this stack? thermogenic?
lifting 4-5 times weekly.. focusing on bench, squats, deads and adding in some HIIT for cardio. will also be running a strict 8 week keto diet at this time.. will post diet critique/questions in another thread.
