First Real Cycle

Hello All,

New here and looking for advice...

I just recently started lifting again (6 months ago) and have been of and on for almost 10 years. I did Test E in college, 200mg every week for 10 weeks and responded well. I pissed around w/ sos250 and some primo as well but never any serious structure to it. I have some var left 100 5mg tabs. It is slightly expired...

How long should I wait to do my next cycle? What would you guys recommend? I am limited to what I can get in mexico...ie. primo, sos250, etc.

I am gonna use some clen and fatburners to get rid of some fat first off.

I am 5' 9" 165lbs ~20% body fat.

dude, you telling a newb to use tren and eq right away, when you know nothing about him other than stats. what kind of message are you sending out here. at 20% bf he needs to diet and get his shit on track before introducing drugs ot the mix. If anything, I would expect to see thermorexin or maybe, MAYBE even T3 as a recommendation ,but not Tren or EQ.

Bro, get you diet in check first, lose some bf and then come back and get some advice man. you need to be 'ready'to introduce gear into your regimen.

I got pretty fat right after college cause I quit exercising due to the 9 to 5 and had a problem with the bottle but I am doing much better now and losing weight pretty quickly.

I ordered some clen, Thermorexin and dermacrine to speed things up (don't worry, I won't do them at the same time)

I am not sure if my bf is really 20% its just what my Tanita scale tells me. I was under water weighed in highschool and the scale was almost 3% off but if I am consistent it should measure progress just fine.

Should I be worried about the var going bad? Its expiration date is feb/2006. I didn't use it cause I knew I wasn't ready and wanted to get some good lifting time in first.

I don't care much about size, just want to be around the same weight and 10% body fat.

Qucik telling everybody to start juicing. It's not always the appropriate time for everybody and it's not a magic cure all. This at least the second or third post you have given out this type of advice when you shouldn't have.

honestly... i have no idea who you are, but this is the 3rd or so comment of yours misguiding and giving blatantly bad advice to members. EF is about fundamentals, groundwork and intelligent decision making, especially regarding AAS. So please rethink your advice strategies before a new member takes your advice and does more harm than good to their body.
