first post: good for cutting??

What's up guys. This is my first post. I was wondering if this is a good cutting cycle. I'm getting ready for spring bread which starts on march 15. I would really appreciate some suggestions.

Winny pills
-50mg a day

Clenbuterol
-6 tabs a day

Xenadrine
-1 pill with every 2 clen

Im about 5'8, 180lbs, and was tested at 11% bodyfat.

Any suggestions?? On my next post i will add my diet too.
 
You need to be more specific when asking for advice. How long are you planning on doing this "cycle"? What's you past with AAS? What are your goals? If it's just to look good for spring break diet and ECA should be sufficient.
 
i would steer way clear of the xeandrine clen combo, im sure everyone would agree, even if you think you can handle it forget about it!
 
i have been doing this for two weeks. today (sunday) is my last day of clen for a couple weeks. i will continue to take winny pills until i run out. should i keep on taking xenadrine while im off of the clen? oh, here is what my diet looks like:

8:00
5 egg whites
1 bagel
1/2 cup oatmeal

11:00
protein bar or shake

2:00
chicken breast w/ brown rice

5:00
2 cans of tuna (12oz.)
vegis

8:00 (post workout)
protein bar or shake/
or chicken and rice

11:00
which ever i dont eat at 8:00

anything i need to add/cut from my diet"

if i were you i would cut out the bagel at breakfast and if you need to add another 1/2 cup of oatmeal. and no carbs after 6 so i would either take that rice out of you 8/11 meal or move it to your 5:00 meal

If a contest diet.

1. Add more food ( chicken and fish)
2. Remove bagel and any bread
3. Remove protein drinks and protein bars
everything else looks good. eat 6-7 small meals per day. no sugar, fruit, fruit juice, dairy, fat.
 
thanx cyclone and flexed1, i will probably cut out the carbs after six, and i will really cut them down the closer i get to spring break, i want to get down to about 7% bodyfat,

Should i take xenadrine for the two weeks im off of clen??
 
I agree w/ flexed 1 on the diet issues- depending on what your goals are, depends on what youre gonna want to take though. Are you just one of those guys that wants to add some muscle and get ripped for the summer? If so, that is obtainable but if you want to really get big, you have to realize that it cant happen that fast. It takes years to get massive, true muscle. I started with your frame but only I am 6'1". I have only been at it steady for a couple of years, and Im at 205 now- but the juice didnt play a part till about 7-8 months ago, and that my friend, is where its at- Fuck the protein shakes! the guys in the magz didnt get big off of nitro tech!
 
Hey flexed why do people say protein shakes are a no-no for contest. I think its almost impossiblre to eat all ur nutrients thru solid food.

im happy with what size im at right now
im currently taken winny tabs, 50mg a day, with clen, and xenadrine

i dont want to get a lot bigger, i just want to get fuckin ripped to shreads, striations and veins everywhere!!
