It's very similar to what my husband went through. It takes at least a month to really get used to the equipment. By the time you're getting 4 to 5 hours you're starting to really benefit.

I'm not sure what insurance will pay but dentist said it was close to $500. Seems ridiculously expensive but worth it so I don't grind my teeth to dust.

I'm afraid to take much of anything now. I'm trying to cut-back on caffeine and I've completely cut-out preworkout supps.

I used to sleep around 10:00PM (or before) and not move once in the night until around 4:15AM feeling completely rested. I think my clock is trying to get me up early, but it's doing it around 2:00am-3:00am.
