First Night without Lunesta Sucks!

I almost got on ambien until this girl scared me about not being able to sleep without it now. I guess it's common. I take benadryl though and can't say I'm not semi dependent on that as well.

benadryl interferes with your sleep phases and gives you shitty sleep quality

Yep. It'll knock me out and I'll sleep for 9 hrs but I wake up feeling like I got 2 hrs. Gives you a bit of a hangover too. I'll feel like my muscles are still sleeping until I drag myself out of bed and get a glass of water.

I typically sleep through the night 10:30-6:30am
My only issue is I wake up with a clenched jaw(stress?) and often a slight headache, and even some shortness of breath. I think I'm not getting full REM sleep and may need a sleep study done to be honest. I'm not tired all day, but I don't feel right when I wake up for at least 20-30 mins.

Get your dentist to make you up an oral appliance ASAP. The jaw clenching is causing the headache, but it can have longer ranging impacts (potentially cause TMJ or crack your teeth).

Sounds like you're seriously stressed, BTW.

I'm wound tighter than a drum. The whole world seems sit directly on my shoulders with work/family/health/finances,

I'm genuinely sorry to hear that and I mean that. I also relate so believe me when I tell you, you've got to find a way to decompress or you're going to implode and not be any good for anyone, not to mention that stress is only contributing to health issues and potentially exacerbating them.

When your stress spills over into your sleep you've gotten yourself into a real shit and a sweat. You must let go of shit, even if you only put it down at bedtime. We have something that we always say just before we enter a ritual, "Put any cares and worries of your mundane life aside, they will be waiting for you when you return." Find a way to do that, to set your concerns aside temporarily. If that means making some lists or something, whatever it takes. You can't do it all at once. Perhaps consider something like meditation or yoga or prayer?

I hope you get some relief, Ortiz. But really, get the dental appliance (even if you get a generic one from a drug store or online) until the jaw clenching lets up. I've heard of people's teeth literally disintegrating and then you will have another problem, and it's causing your headaches and probably the rotten way you feel in the morning in general.
