I am hammering my girl like a fu*kin champion at the moment its like im 17 all over again lol. Been setting PB's on all the weights now. Now im six weeks in i believe any first timer doest need more than 250mg a week! All those bros recommending 500mg a week for first timers are kidding themselves.
2 exams to go this week and then ill be back on here a bit more, sorry for being so brief.
I was doing incline dumbell press last set i did 50kg each dumbell 5 reps, listening to Killswitch Engage hahaha. I think guys at the gym are starting to clue on now lol. . . . . Silly rabbits!
Exams are over thank god for that now i can concentrate on my training.
This Saturday i'll be coming upto 8 weeks, guys any advice should i keep going until the vile is finish or save it for the next cycle?

Did abs and some chins for the hell of it. My appetite these days is amazing i just put food away like its going out of fashion. Loving the test boys . . . lovin the test!
