Sorry Gentlemen i have had uni exams this week and one more assignment to do next week so i have been really busy.
Had 4th shot this morning and this will be my last week on D-Bol. The pumps at the gym on d-bol are quite simply out of this world.
Trained chest this morning, i have been keeping a diary so i will have to transfer that information into here. I have been eating well though and lots too lol . . . im just so hungry ALWAYS HUNGRY!. Went to the markets this morning and bought a kilo of eye fillet, my chicken breasts for the week, fresh eggs and vegetables. i plan on doing a big cook up to make up for last week cause i was just so damn busy.
I have been focused on training my legs too. I always neglected training legs but realised how important they are in your bodies physical training. Squats, lunges, leg press and step ups i have been hitting hard. My calves still look quite under developed though i wish they would grow!
