5 meals

4650 cals
253.25g fat
352.5g carbs
261g protein

looks like im cutting out the jiffy, the sunflower seeds, mayo for tuna, and will start buying 2% milk ( 3 less grams of fat per serving ) also didnt have eggs for breakfast ( none in stock ) so i replaced it with taylor ham, les protein more fat. also had cheese to for breakfast, thats gone.

its too late to type out the entire days meals, but i fucked up big.

aiming for 4250/100/400/300

recalculated my goal intakes, 4200/95/400/400

will add carbs as nessecary, what should my fat intake look like??

i'm thinking the fat intake is a lil low for that calorie total, you can (maybe even should) go higher, especially if you are getting omega 3-6 fats in higher amounts

how much you weigh that you are shooting for 400g protien?

ok 400 seems right
i still think 95g of fats sounds low, but if you have had success with it before, go ahead

just my 0.02

this is your first day of bulking? why the high numbers? remember you need to progressively add more food as your body gets used to the amount of food you give it. i would start 500 above maintenance, and add 250cals or so a week. also, giving too much food to your body immediately will cause excess bf, and you dont want that

you may want to drop the milk entirely bro as it has a lot of sugar, replace those carbs with complex ones and u can use flax power or oil for fat to replace the milk fat

I'd be hesitent about high fat and high carbs. One or the other might get stored where you don't want it. I've learned from experience, and it's a bitch to get rid of. Keep your protein high, carbs high, and fat moderate.....but let it be good fat that is unsaturated. Like dzuljas said above the milk has a lot of sugar....which can easily lead to fat storage (again, from experience). Get your carbs from rices and potatos and your fats from fish oil, or even peanut butter is not too bad. But the main thing is balancing the fats and carbs so that your not carrying around a tire after your bulking cycle is finished.

im use to eating 4000 cals a day, so thats no problem. I like the milk cuz its easy calories. 48 oz of milk a day, so its not too much. the rest are all complex, wheat bread, oats, rice, and potatoes. I take in dextrose with my creatine 2x a day, total 56g.

Maybe, im wrong, but arent rice and potatos worse for fat storage than milk. Milk has a Glycemic index (GI) of about 40, while potatos have a GI of 90 and rice about 75.
