first day back in the gym in months!!!

It really feels good to get back in the gym considering my only other hobbies are working,drinking,squabbling with the fiance. I got up today to some sore ass legs though. I feel guilty about not going today but that's a good thing I'm off the next 2 after tonight and deads and presses are in my future. working up to sets of 185 and being this sore makes me feel like I am wearing a bra and panties.
 
I feel AWESOME - cleaned out my lungs and stretched my weak legs with a nice easy opener:

Snatch:
3x3 warmup
5x2

Front Squat:
5x5 same weight pause 2 sec in the hole

Muscle Clean and Press:
3x5

Decline Bench
2x20

Chin
2x5 super-strict

Incline Situp
2x15
 
The gym always cleared me up to. There has been a wicked ass cold going around. I had some shit for over 2 weeks and just couldn't shake it. If I didn't have 80 bucks invested in over the counter shit from walgreens i would of went to the doc.
 
Back to the gym today and my legs are still sore........It had been so long last time I went that I forgot how to work my f*cking ipod.
