First cycle

Ok im 5 days into my helladrol cycle and so far so good. Am not expecting to much yet as i know it takes about 2 weeks to really kick in. So thought i would start with my stats and do updates every few days or so.... here is my cycle and pct that i formulated with much help from the good people on ef.
1-6 helladrol 75/75/100/100/125/125 1-6 n2guard
1-6 hcgenerate
1-10 creatine
3-10 forma
Pct
7-10 forged post cycle
7-10 test infusion
7-10 daa chews
7-10 explosive burn

Been taking the helladrol in the morning and upon waking up and every 5 hours after each dose. Taking n2guard half an hour after taking helladrol dose. Taking creatin preworkout and its included in protein shake which i drink twice a day.

Diet

Protein drink upon wake up

First meal meat(consisting of either chicken breast, beef, or turkey) with either mixed vegtables or rice

Snack of either plain baked potato, fat free cottage cheese, sweet potato, peanut butter and lowfat no sodium crackers, or plain roasted almonds

Second meal meat and either mixed vegtables or rice

Third meal meat and either mixed vegtables or rice

Snack of same as first snack options

Creatine

Work out

Immediately after workout hydrolysed protein shake

4th meal meat and vegtables or rice

Snack of same options


Workout

Ive been working out 5 days a week, a different body part every day, high intensity for three years now. I workout about an hour and a half everytime. Every few months i rotate between lifting as close as i can to my max for 15 reps per set and past til failure for endurance to lifting as heavy as i can for as close to 10-12 reps at least and past til failure and if i cant make it i lower the weight and push for at least 5-6 more reps or failure.

Expectations- from what ive read a good expectation along with the pct compiled would be 6-10 lbs of good lean muscle along with fat loss. I am also gonna be tapering my carbs down as my cycle progresses so to take full advantage of helladrols cutting abilities. An avg of 300-350 in protein, 250-300 in carbs is my goal but with any input from others this is adjustable.

So far.....the first couple of days was business as usual. However, today i felt like i could have gone another hour after an hour and a half at the gym. Most likely plecebo effect but if it motivates me to push harder and pump out anothe rep or two then im all for it. Perhaps its my thinking that since im gonna do it then the work at the gym is definately not gonna be my weak point...lol

Nice set up man. Only thing id do different is save creatine for pct to help retain muscle and add some methyl EAA to pct. good luck
 
I also forgot to mention that i had my bloods done and am meeting with my doctor to go over them in a week. I saw from many posts that having a base point of reference is very important in case things go wrong.

Try to keep the N2guard 4 hours away from any of your Helladrol cycles. This can be acheive by spiltting your doses into 1 dose AM and 1 dose 12 hours later.

Ok 6th day in and got to the gym feeling pumped and ready to go. Today was chest day and i hit it hard from all three angles. Went higher than usual and still felt great with lots of energy. I am intrigued by the possibility of how energized i will become, and the productivity that i will experience upon it kicking in. Weight has been holding steady at 204 which is unusual since i usually fluctuate between 199-204 but ive been at 204 since day 3 and for me to remain at that is unusual since i hit 204 for one day and drop. I know this is due to fluctuating water weight levels but all things have been pretty constant and unchanging so we'll see how the story unfolds....

8 th day in and i was feeling lazy as hell. Took yesterday off since i hit the gym four days in a row and my body was feeling a little run down. Have day off from work and since the gym closes early decided to get up and go. Did back today and was a struggle from the start. Pushed my way through though at times i felt like i was goin through the motions. At those times i try to catch myself and remind myself of my goals and the end prize. That usually gets me reenergized. Anyways managed hour and a half of a decent workout. Nothing to brag about but more than just doin for the sake of doin. Worked all muscles of the back and felt good about the end result. On a side note if anyone has ever been or is a member of edge gym please let me know what u think of it and what is their dumb bell assortment like. Am thinking of switching gyms and the one im currently at just isnt gonna cut it.

Are you dosing HCGenerate at 3 AM/2 PM? This will help prevent sluggishness from getting shut completely down.
 
No was doing 2 am and 3 pm since test reduces throughout the day i thought it would be more beneficial to take a higher dose at night since i usually work out after work at bout 930-10 pm. I thought it was since i have reduced my carb intake a little and usually when i work out ive had three meals and a snack so ive built up protein and carb levels. Since i woke up drank a protein drink and only one meal hadnt built up those levels that im used too, but i will try your suggestion

Ok 10th day in and so far so good. Took sat as a rest day since i had to work and gym closes early on weekends. So....today was leg and stomach day. Tried the forged 1g stim sample that i got with my order and i was pretty impressed. I am very sensitive to caffeine products and usually i get too hyped from any product and then mid way through a work out crash. This product kept me even keeled through out. I wouldnt take on a daily basis but if i needed a boost when feeling lazy or having an off day i would definately use again. Anyways...i feel that the helladrol is starting to kick in, and with the stimulant that i used walked in ready to go hard. Was up across the board. Worked every muscle in my legs and walked out stiff legged and kinda limping...lol in addition to my usual stomach exercises...leg raises, various crunches, etc ive started to do ab roller every other day 50-60 reps. Ive also decided to keep my carb intake at a higher level and focus more on trying to increase as much as possible and worry bout cutting if needed later. My problem has never been losing weight so i dont feel that this would become an issue. Diet has been on point. Eating as much protein as possible towards the higher end of 300-350 range on average and will now start eating meat, vegtables and rice with every meal. Trying to up my water intake. At about a gallon or so a day and would like to get to 1 1/2 by end of next week and then to two week after.

11th day and it was chest day. Hit it hard from all angles and did bout 30 sets of 8-12. My chest is a little behind so been working it hard. For a long time i worried more bout weight than working the muscle. What really changed my mindset and perspective is the train with kai greene videos. If you have a chance check them out on you tube. I also believe that the mind must b as strong if not stonger than to body in order to achieve any goal that you strive to achieve. Also got headache bout 45 min in which ive read is due to high blood pressure from the helladrol. After stepping back and controlling breathing and focusing on breathing technique more it dissipated became much more manageable from then on. Ive come to the realization i hate ground turkey so if anyone knows a good recipe please let me know.

Im anxious to hear how this goes man. I am about to start a hella/katana cycle with hcgen/n2guard as well. im kinda bummed hearing you felt crashed and lazy a week in but yet the hella hadn't totally kicked in yet so it might not be a big deal... keep us posted and good job on the log bro!
 
My buddy ran hella and said lethargy was a problem for him on it. I like using rs-transaderm during a ph run myself. Ran it w/ beast and felt great for the whole run
 
Truthfully i dont think its the helladrol that made me tired. So i wouldnt take too much from it. Im starting to see more vascularity now. I always had some in my fore arms and biceps but now its moved up into my shoulders and front delts. Im just waiting for the strength to kick in...lol ive heard a lot of good things bout beastdrol. Is the new formula as good as the old one?

Also a milestone passed today broke the 204lb mark. Never broke that and am very happy!! Hope its a sign of good things to come but we will see how i average over next 2 days so i can adjust for water weight

Ok 12th day and i must say i am happy with the way things are starting to progress. First let me say i think ive figured out the best way to dose for me so that i hit the gym ready to go full steam. I take one in the morn upon waking. Take another at 4 pm and take two and the pm dose of three hcgenerate at 9 after my 830 meal that way at 10 its hitting my blood stream and i feel full of vigor and extremely energized. I had originally planned on 75/75/100/100/125/125 but upon calculation i found i had 5 left so decided to go at 100 3 days early and save 2 just in case i lose one or two. In the two days ive taken my dosage schedule ive had great results at the gym. Especially today. It was shoulder day and broke most of my plateaus on most of my lifts and felt really good. Vasularity is extending into my front delt and upper chest like yesterday and looks like a river delta...lol big smiles!! Did bout 40 sets of 8-12 using same technique if reaching failure before goal. Hitting maxes and beyond even at the end. Felt full upper body pump. Every muscle full and rock hard. Felt great. I also hit 206.5 today in weight. THAT is very impressive to me. Well could be the 3lbs of hamburger, two potatoes, 16 oz of green beans, 4 oz of almonds, one can of black beans, and two slices of bread during the course of the day....minus one shit pre-weigh...lmao well...im extremely happy and now i gotta eat my post work out meal

13th day and it was arm day. Hit every arm muscle and forearms. Tired and i still gotta eat so not gonna go too in depth. Feeling good and happy with progress im making. Hopefully the second third of this cycle will be compounded upon the first.

14th day and it was back day. Went to try a new gym so it took a little while to find everything but i think i found a new home. Anyways worked hard and pushed even harder. Usual 30-35 sets of 8-12. Im definately feeling good. I am very satisfied with the all the cycle support supps so far. I was worried bout acne since all the test boosters ive used previously made me break out pretty badly forcing me to use proactive. Thus far i have experienced no breakouts but will update upon developments as they occur. Have experienced no decline in sex drive nor in size of testicles. Weight is still flucuating but now between 207-205 so ive gained a few pounds of muscle and am starting to slim in the stomach area a little. Nothing fast which is good but slowly and steady. Cm's at a time....so thats the 2 week report and if things progress as the have the last 3-4 days i feel that by the end of the cycle i will have fairly good results.

I went out drinking last night for first time in 5 months for bday party and drank a little too much...lol so am feeling a little bloated than normal today....usually prefer mixed drinks or shots but had to make do with beer which always gives me beer bloat the day after. I took two steps forward and half a step back now i gotta hit it hard diet and workout wise to make up lost traction

Ok today was leg and stomach day. First day at the new gym and i felt like a kid in a candy store. Everything that a person could want or need. So i made sure to put them all to good use! Had to rest 45 min in because i couldnt walk....lol but powered my way thru another hour after a 10 minute rest. Definately feel that my success hinges upon my work ethic and desire now. Anyways did back squats, front squats, dead lifts, bout 24 different sets of leg curls, extensions, hip abductors, inner thigh exercises, and then went and worked calfs and abs. Had no problem with endurance and could have gone longer. Tomorrow i see dr to go over bloods so will post that. Other than that i feel great and things are going good. Weight is at 206.5 so slowly going up.

Helladrol is the shit man, hope you're liking it.

I always recommend some Sarmssearch OSTA for the PCT because I don't think anything compares in PCT properties.

Ok had dr appt today to go over my bloods. Total test is at 417. This was all done before i did anything and was completely natural. I dont know if this is good or not but dr said its normal. So anyways went to gym after dr and killed chest. Definately feeling more power. Everytime week i feel that i am increasing my top set. I have been on a pyramid set scheme to kinda test where im at and how much i can test my top set. Everytime im increasing by five lbs and doing it for at least 10 for two sets and failing out on third at bout 6 but dropping and pushing on at 15lbs lighter for 4-5 more reps. Im starting to see more striations as well. Not a lot but i notice a little more pronouncement as well as a little more vascular. Am definately happy with were things are going. Weight at 206 so gain of 4 lbs so far but also lose of some fat

It had some test in it so im thinking that may have lowered it....idk tho. Anyways i always have morning wood and dont have a problem sexually so i kinda attribute it to age factor....im gonna b tested in 6 months again so we'll see what happens. On the good note my diet has paid off tryglyceride levels dropped 90 pts. Thats what no processed food, soda, and fast food does....lol

I already know what you are talking about and all the reviews say its just vitamins and other fillers I don't think you have anything to worry about
 
I read the label it said some kind of testosterone cant remember exactly what type but nevertheless if im in the good zone then i guess thats all that matters. Im planning on taking one after pct and time off so as long as i got a precedent then thats my reference point. Doctor asked why i wanted test levels done and asked if i was using steroids and creatine. Gave me a lecture but i told her i was using test boosters and wanted a reference point. Lol she said that creatin hard on the liver so she said next time we gonna run tests for that as well so i guess thats good too...

Not much to update. Decided to rest because my calfs are killing me. Pushed really hard sunday when i did legs. Monday they were somewhat sore but today woke up and could hardly walk. Any attempt to walk, use stairs, or just use of my calf muscles in general causes pain. As day went on the muscles loosened up some but definately want to give my body some extra rest. Gonna ice and masaage to hopefully get the blood flowing....

K today was shoulder day. Definately feeling increases in strength. Matched my hogh from last weeks shoulder workout and did three sets of 12 in shoulder rows( i think they called that. The one where u look like a referee signaling a field goal) anyways pushed hard for hour and half. Am tired and gotta be up early tomorrow so cant lay out full workout. Basically i feel great and all support supps are working as advertised. Would like to see how they work on a more suppressive cycle tho....anyways will update fully tomorrow

Ok 21 days in.....today was arm day. I really like the strength increases. Everyday im beating last weeks lifts not by a couple reps but by sets!! Honestly its not every lift but im exceeding some and maintaining the rest so steps forward nevertheless. Im also feeling strong and full of energy through out my workout. Ive noticed my muscles really starting to get definition and striations in places that didnt have them before. Ive also been tracking my weight and as of today im at 210 so about an 8lb gain with none of it fat. That with a high protein high carb diet!! Ive slimmed at the waist and plan on taking a caliper measurement probly this weekend but i would guess ive slimmed down at least 3-4 cms at the waist stomach measurement using the 5 point system. Thats an estimate so may be skewed. I wouldnt read too much into it until the actual results. Will try to post pics this weekend as well

This is a two day update...got a little lazy....anyways sat i did back. Ive noticed that ive gotten what i assume are back pumps....a pain in my lower back that gets worse as my blood pressure and heart beat go up and fades as it lowers. At first i thought i did something to my back but it doesnt bother me at all when not at the gym and as my workout proceeds it fades and doesnt bother me. It only happens for about the first 10-12 sets and then fades...any advice or suggestions? I was thinking bout cutting out he creatine b cuz it tends to hype me up a little...

Sun did legs. I pushed and am trying to really make my legs stand out. I always had pretty strong legs due to many many years of skateboarding and sports. Ive always had a prety active lifestyle but its definately a different approach than bodybuilding. Much like the difference between the legs of a long distance runner and a sprinter. Definately want that thick powerful look of the 100yd sprinter. Weighed myself and came in at 208.5 so am happy with how im progressing.

Today was chest day and i went in feeling a little tired but once i got there and did my warm up sets i definately hit my stride and really got a good work out. Ive been working first on incline bench dumbells and have surpassed my top levels at straight and decline so im gonna switch it up. I usually have a three way rotation to start my chest workout. So now incline will go to third straight will go to first and decline third. In about two months decline will go to first then incline then straight and so on and so on....did bout 34-36 sets with one min rest between taking bout 1 1/2 hours or so...definately felt i could went longer but gotta wake up in four hours so gotta save some energy.

Rested tuesday and today i did shoulder. Im very impressed by continous strength gains. Not just at beginning of workout but all the way thru til the end. Intensity, focus, and drive also seem heightened.

Oops didnt mean to press submit....but anyways....thurs will be the last day at 100 mg dosage and on friday i begin two weeks of 125mg dosage. Interested in seeing if the benefits will outweigh the sides at that dosage. All else is going good. Supps seem to be doing their jobs and no loss of libido or testicle size. Weight as of today was 211. Striations and vascularity a little more pronounced. Waiting to see how last two weeks will turn out but am definately happy and plan to go all out right into pct and hopefully keep everything and gain more in best scenario...

Today is officially the 4 week mark and it was arm day. Another day of confident, controlled aggression. Sitting arm curls, hammer curls, skull crushers, etc etc etc....bout 40 sets with drop sets on last set of four since i like to do sets of four for every type of lift. Ive come to the realization of what everyone has said about aas or prohormones. Its not gonna make u big and its not gonna be a miracle drug. What it will do is put the icing on the cake. Cake being the yrs of hard work and daily toil in the trenches. With out the cake to put the frosting on u aint got shit. If you pay ur dues and work ur ass off when ur ready to put the frosting on it will make it a crowd pleasing presentation....lol so basically what im saying is that i see the little refinements in my body here and there. I dont think without the years of natural and dedicated lifting i would have the determination or knowledge to maximize the opportunity. Especially diet wise. Like kai aka mr gettin it done greene says in order to have he body of a champion you must have the mind of one. Anyways im rambling so til next time....

Lol usuually i have a little and is more pronounced at the gym but lately i noticed i can be sitting around not doing anything strenuous and my veins just be popping out. Ok last two days was working so couldnt make it to the gym. Working two jobs due to child support obligations but wont get into that....anyways my workout schedule is going to be messed up but am going to find the time to get my time in. I guess you could say the gym is my third job and whether or not i want to i have to punch in lol soooo today was back day and anytime i take two days off i can feel the rust when i workout. Today was no exception and i knew it so i had planned on an extra hard workout. I felt two hours would really give me a thorough workout and with all the extra rest my body could take it. Did 52 sets of 10-15 with last set a drop set. Today was first workout at the 125mg dosage. Did t really notice any differences but being only the 3rd day didnt really expect it. Strength keeps going up and waist is slimming. Starting to see some real definition. Its also revealing a major weak point in my stomach muscles. Abs are looking good but the side stomach muscles definately need some work. Gonna put some work on them every workout now and give them some major attention. My girlfriend commented last night about the differences so im definately happy.

Ok today was chest day and i killed it again!! I know im gonna miss at least a day so im definately gonna be able to have time to recover so i went all out. Strength is continuing to increase quite nicely and striations as well. Particularly in the upper chest, front delt, and shoulder region. Worked out for 2 hours again and probly did about 50 sets of 10-15. Ive noticed ive been kinda of sluggish since the dose increase but will monitor it over the next 3-4 days. I have changed how ive been dosing. Instead of three times a day i have been dosing two times. 50mg in the morning at bout 8am and 75mg about 2pm may go back to 25mg then 50mg then 50mg. When i was dosing at 25/50/25 i was quite energized so that may be the sweet dose for me....but will try the 25/50/50 first and see if it improves. Weight was 210.5 and thats with a noticeable decrease in body fat. Things are good and will see how last 10 days go.

Ok i went to gym before starting my second job and killed my arms. Am very happy with the workout even though i only spent an hour and 15 min there. Definately made the most of the time and was definately quality. I think the sluggish was the result of my dosing. I tried the 25/50/50 and definately felt a lot better and more energized. For me i think its just too much at one time. Im in the 5th week and im definately seeing some good growth. Some of my coworkers commented on it when we were discussing my diet so that kind of reaffirmation is great. I know ive been promising pics but havent had the time being so busy...so looks like its gonna be end of dose and end of pct pics only. Weight was 210.25 so far 8 lbs but readjustment of body fat to muscle is also included in that. My hope is to maintain as much of the strength gains as possible. Im thinking if i can gain 2-3 lbs in this last week and hopefully keep most if not all into pct as long as diet and workouts remain on point.

At a constant brisk walking pace picking up, carrying, and putting down packages weighing from 1lb-100lbs. I usually eat a bowl of high protein high fiber multigrain cereal before this with a protein shake and an apple or baked potato. After work bout 7-8 am go home and eat 7 whole eggs. Go to sleep til 11am wake up go to gym for 1-1 1/2 hours. Drink post workout shake. Go home eat chicken breast, black beans, potato. Cook my food for the day. Go to work from 2-9 (if my dm is around i work 12-9) during work eat 2 meals consisting of either chicken breast or lean beef plus half a can of black beans with each meal and potato, rice, banana, or apple. Go home eat another meal consisting of same. Bed by 11. If i can make the time to do this then anyone can because i am somewhat lazy(as my girlfriend says all the time lol). But im not looking for recognition nor trying to preach. Just want to make the point that a lifestyle is a choice and success depends on how willing you are to sacrifice in order to achieve your goals.

But im not looking for recognition nor trying to preach. Ok today was shoulder day. Spent hour and a half at gym and tried to push hard but was slow goin. Thats how i am when i wake up and go workout tho....not a workout to brag about but made progress in some areas. Dosed rigt before i went so didnt hit my system til towards the end. Gave me an idea what pct might be like tho and i see why people stay on continuously....but i care more bout my health than bout gains. Im beginning to think i need to up my calorie intake b cuz im losing weight. Came in at 209. Perhaps a little more protein and a bit more carbs. Dont want to take in too much b cuz ive read studies where lack of sleep will cause ur body to store more fat. So im really trying to walk a fine line

If you know lack of sleep is going to be a problem I would recommend you dp something to keep cortisol under control. I would personally recommend keto burn - helps quite a bit.

I already have a thermo called explosive n burn that i start running in one week in pct. I will keep in mind for my downtime. I am also looking into running a bridge product so i think a combination would be great to help keep my gains

Sorry ive missed a few days but towards the end of the week my tiredness starts to catch up so basically im pretty much in cruise control. When i hit the gym i come alive but other than that its just methodical plodding along lol. Anyways im on my last week and im definately happy with the results so far. We'll see how the week ends and how pct for complete evaluation. As long as i hit it just as hard in pct i dont see why i cant maintain most my gains. I definately like how im leaning up and still maintaining muscle size. Definately gonna start taking pics for end of dosage pics for comparison to end of pct. Been thinking bout a bridge between cycle and into my next one. Been doin some research and thinking bout a sarm but dont want to suppress myself and hinder full recovery for my first test cycle. Will update further on that....

Today was back day and went in and killed it. Strength went up a little but stamina was good. By stamina i mean being able to go 4 full sets of 10-12 with last 2 reps requiring everything to pull them. Lotta reps lotta sets...

Today was shoulder day. Strength increased. Last time i did shoulder dumbell press of 60/80/75/75 sets of 10. This time 60/80/80/80 sets of ten. Went up on just about every lift. Spent 2hrs on shoulder and left feeling drained. I definately gave everything today. Hit all three heads of he shoulder and really felt good.

Ive been training that way for about a yr now. Most times its an hour and a half but if im feeling it i go two hours. Bout 45min-1 hour free weights and then 1/2 hour - 1 hour on machines. Its worked for me so thats what i do

Ok today is the last day of my cycle and tomorrow i start my pct. 6 weeks goes by fast!!! Sun i will post pics and give my review of cycle. So to end with a bang i spent an hour and a half killing my arms. Wanted to go longer but had to get ready for work. Strength has been steady and endurance great. Im hoping that pct wont have much of a let down but i figure that as long as my diet stays on point and i hit the gym as i have been that i should end pct with a soft landing and continue to make modest gains.

Ok these r the pics from last day of cycle. Im about to go to the gym and will give my weight for total weigt gain. However i know by looking in the mirror that i have gained mass, striations, and vasularity. Its kinda hard to take pics with one hand and i dont know the poses very well to bring out and accentuate the muscles but im my own worst critic and i am pleased with the results. Helladrol is slow and steady but if ur diet and workout regimen is on point can really help take u to the next step. I definately would recommend to anyone as a starting point to see if they can keep the focus and discipline neccessary later on when doing stronger aas that requires that mental discipline. As for the on cycle supps, n2guard, forma, and hcgenerate, i am very happy and had no libido issues. Testicles stayed full and plump through out and woke up every day with wood. I will be gettin labs after pct in order to compare to precycle tests to see where i stand. As for the dosage i started at 75 but 100 was where it really shined for me. I had great strenght gains and unbelievable energy at the gym. I used to work out precycle for bout an hour to an hour and a half but at 100 dosage i could easily go 2 hours and if i really had wanted to test tthe limits could probly go 2 1/2 hrs. At the 125 dosage i really didnt see much of a difference except that i had more muscle pump through out the day. The stomach recomp was very noticeable. I lost a noticeable amount of fat and am very very happy! During pct i plan on high protein low carb except on days i work out where carb intake will be high in first half of day and very low second half. Ok goin to gym will give final stats after

Ok weighed myself and official end weight is 208. So a gain of 6 lbs and with the switch of fat to muscle imo a good estimate of net 10 lbs of solid muscle. A good gain imo.... Anyways today was leg day with stomach at the end. Worked 2 hrs. I noticed the fire/drive wasnt there like before but the strength still is. I used mental drive to fuel the push and get a good workout. As pct goes on my workouts may begi to taper if stamina dives but i will always have a base minimum of an hour and 15 min. For me that is enough time to get about 32-35 sets in and really tax the muscle groups that i am working out. Only first workout in pct so cant really draw too many conclusions yet. Will keep updated tho

Ok second pct workout and i can definately tell the difference. Strength is still there, and i made some gains. However, the stamina is gone so lifts later in the workout suffer and declined. That is too be expected imo since i drastically increased workout time during cycle. Worked chest for hour and a half. 16 sets of Straight, incline, decline, close grip, then 24 more sets of various machine isolation and compound lifts, and then 5 sets of ab crunches. Definately walked out on empty but feeling good. Lesson learned dont take the fat burner pills before workout lol they got my heart beating so fast that i couldnt catch my breath. Weighed in at a steady 208 so looks like thats where i stand since last 4-5 weigh ins have been pretty much the same. Definately noticing the appearance of the striations in front delts into the chest. Small changes still taking place and im trying to build upon the cycle. Dont want the end of the cycle and pct to mean that thats it but just a jump start to bigger and better things.

Ok third workout and im adjusting to being clean...lol today was back day and it was a pretty good and encouraging workout. Spent bout hour and 50 mins which also included 5 sets of ab crunches. Ive been using this ab machine where u select weight and pull down over ur head and push up with ur legs. Definately a good ab worker if ur gym has it. Ive been doing 5 sets of 10-12 at 90lbs every workout and its definately starting to show. I think my post pct pics are gonna be good.....anyways lifts on back went up a little stamina is again gonna be the main thing i have to adjust to. On helladrol a two hr workout the strength was there the whole time now half way thru the strength drops but i push thru as best i can and remind myself of a saying "...if it was easy everyone would look like a bodybuilder..." that usually gets me focused. That and my sights on two yrs trying to step on stage.....dont wanna wish that i had pushed two more reps or spent anothr 15 min at the gym. The vascularity and striations continue to improve. I had thought that that would stop and i would be working to keep what i had gained until my body adjusted and caught up. I thought after 2-3 weeks i would start to make gains however slow or little in weight and muscle but im continuing to shred and reduce fat. Ive been much more in point in my diet as i now feel that i dont have any room to cheat anymore and in the end im really only cheating myself...right? Lol anyways high protein high morning carbs low evening carbs. Carbs basically only from rice, black beans, a little whole grain bread, potatoes, and vegtables. Protein from whole eggs(i eat the whole egg i dont like just egg white. George farah said to eat the whole egg and if thats good enough for the pros he is training its good enough for me), chicken breast( bodybuilder staple), lean beef, tuna, and protein shakes( these i drink immediately upon waking up for needed protein and immediately after workout). Any advice feel free to put ur two cents in. I will take from it what i will....

Ok a week into pct and it definately is an adjustment. Workouts are now an hour and a half with stomach exercises at the end of each workout. Today was arm day and im still making progress albeit slow but still progress. I dont mind slow steady gains....the only thing i miss is the energy. If i was in my 20's i would never need any enhancement b cuz i have the work ethic i just dont have that energy....life goes on and you make the best of what u got tho...lol so anyways pushed it hard even tho my body seemed to be rebelling against me. I guess its true...the true workout should be judged by the quality of ur bad days not ur good ones. Sitting bicep curls, curls with elbow on knee, hammer curls, behind the head dumbell raises, two handed behind the head dumbell raises, 8 sets of forearm curls, etc, etc, etc...all in all bout 44 sets of 10-12 hit records on bout 1/3 so am pleased with end result. Weighed in at 206 but im pretty sure its a combo of fat loss and 90 degree weather resulting in water loss. I see fat reduction and no muscle loss. About to start aquiring my next cycle and figure by the time pct and time off is over will have everything i need. That will be a different log tho....looking at late summer/early fall for my first test cycle. Decided to try venom products. Heard a lot of good things and pretty reputable so looking forward to that. Ok tomorrow is shoulder i'll let u know how that goes....

Ok today was shoulder day. Not a whole lot to write about. Dropped in some lifts and up in others. Dropped another two lbs but pretty sure its water weight as i drank a lot of coffee yesterday and coffee is a diaretic to me. No noticeable loss of muscle as i can tell. Have been on a high protein low carb diet but may add more carbs. My days are long and the added carbs may be needed. Been feeling pretty lackluster lately....hope this works.

Nice flow to the log joonp. Are you using any fat burners in your PCT? They can help with the energy level. I have a bottle of N2AMP on hand, as it gives me an all day lift when I need it. I just posted some pics for the halfway point in my log as well.
 
^^ im running extreme burn. It does get me energized but i found out early that when i mix it with the daa chews pre workout that it gets me too pumped and my bp skyrockets so high that after every set i have to rest for up to 3-4 mins in order to catch my breath. So i have seperated them. Im high energy as it is so....

This is an update from yesterday....did chest. Uptake in carbs definately helping. Pushed past and up in weights or reps. Feeling good. A good nights sleep also definately helps. Im starting to see ups and downs in weight from water levels again. Went back up to 206lbs.

Ok today was back day. Switched my routine around a little b cuz i felt i was getting into a rut....it definately changed lifts and amounts. Looks like i was correct and my body had gotten accustomed to my workout too much. Definately felt it in my upper back and rear delts. Focus has definately been on proper form and complete contraction and extension of the muscle and less on the amount of weight....the basics. Having said that some lifts were down but some were up due to workout shaking up. Potatoes have once again become a main staple of my diet and eaten pretty much with everyone of my 5-6 meals along with either rice or black beans. Feeling good bout my progress and so far looks like ive gained 4lbs of good solid gains not to mention the loss of body fat which is quite apparent to me. Having said that tho i will admit its a little too early since im only about 12 days into pct but weight is steady at 206.5 and mirror doesnt tell me no lies...lol

Todat was arm day. Ive found that my bicep curls are slowly improving and slowly going up but that my triceps are going great. Ive slowly realized that i had probly neglected my true tricep potential and now am beginning to tap it. Anyways did another hour and 45 min with bout 20 min of stomach sets included in that. Got a good nights rest and really felt invigorated today. Had the passion and aggression in the lifts. Getting ready to go take my bloods in two weeks. Am using the link that needto has in his sig. Anyone know what the name of the test is called b cuz when i enter female hormone test (as per direction) it takes me to a long list. There are a few different testosterone test so i was curious if i want the $55 one? Anyone who has used this link before please let me know

Hit shoulder today and like all workouts this week changed my routine around. Definately noticed the difference but liked how the workout felt. Not a whole lot to write about other than things have been progressing pretty good.

Today was monday chest day!! Lol hit it hard as usual and am very happy with the progress. Im back to my starting weigt of 202-204 but ive lost at least two pant sizes and a noticeable amount of body fat so it basically was an even trade of fat for muscle which i will take anytime. Bout half way through the 3rd week of pct and am feeling great. As far as shut down i havent skipped a beat and feel as though nothing was different during cycle and pct so far. Bloods will hopefully support this. Am taking in bout two weeks.

Today was arm day. Made sure to carb up good preworkout and definately made a difference. Felt energized and had a really good workout. Making good steady progress and what i call "post cycle depression" is past and i feel really invigorated at the gym now. What i mean by post cycle depression is i felt like i was losing progress b cuz i came off and the strength and stamina wasnt there anymore. It took a couple weeks to adjust but once i worked thru it that fire reignited and the love of lifting for what you can do bodywise comes shining through....anyways ive been so worried bout shedding fat ive been keeping carbs low. I definately need to raise levels and i believe i can balance it due to my early morning job basically being like doing 3-4 hr cardio. So higher carbs from here on and see what effects it will have.

Shoulder day and was a little pressed for time but an hour at tue gym is a lot better than not going....so having said that i went in and brought my usual minute between sets to half a min or 45 sec. Definately noticed the diff...lol pushed hard and didnt do some things i normally do but perhaps thats a good thing. Shake things up a little. Past the three week mark and am very happy with the rezults so far. One more week and post pct pics. Still trying to decide if i should do another quick ph cycle or wait til end of sept to do my 10 wk test e cycle. Decisions decisions.....its my first true aas cycle and want everything to be optimal when i do it. I would start earlier but am goin on vacation middlenof sept and as scheduled my vac would fall in the latter part of pct which wouldnt be good as i need to be hitting the gym hard to keep gains and a week off could be disasterous....

Thats the route im favoring. I got my diet dialed in and can get back to basics and train natural for a few months. Probly lose some more bf...i think it will benefit me more in the long run.

Do your PCT. With the PCT you can include Osta from Unique at 25mg per day which will help with making you feel "on" during the PCT and maintain your gains. After the four weeks you can go into a SARMs cycle as a bridge before your next AAS cycle. It's what I did after my oral cycle during the holiday season and if you read the logs I've kept the last six months you'll see that the Unique SARMs not only helped me keep my gains, I made further progress.
