Ok im 5 days into my helladrol cycle and so far so good. Am not expecting to much yet as i know it takes about 2 weeks to really kick in. So thought i would start with my stats and do updates every few days or so.... here is my cycle and pct that i formulated with much help from the good people on ef.
1-6 helladrol 75/75/100/100/125/125 1-6 n2guard
1-6 hcgenerate
1-10 creatine
3-10 forma
Pct
7-10 forged post cycle
7-10 test infusion
7-10 daa chews
7-10 explosive burn
Been taking the helladrol in the morning and upon waking up and every 5 hours after each dose. Taking n2guard half an hour after taking helladrol dose. Taking creatin preworkout and its included in protein shake which i drink twice a day.
Diet
Protein drink upon wake up
First meal meat(consisting of either chicken breast, beef, or turkey) with either mixed vegtables or rice
Snack of either plain baked potato, fat free cottage cheese, sweet potato, peanut butter and lowfat no sodium crackers, or plain roasted almonds
Second meal meat and either mixed vegtables or rice
Third meal meat and either mixed vegtables or rice
Snack of same as first snack options
Creatine
Work out
Immediately after workout hydrolysed protein shake
4th meal meat and vegtables or rice

Ive been working out 5 days a week, a different body part every day, high intensity for three years now. I workout about an hour and a half everytime. Every few months i rotate between lifting as close as i can to my max for 15 reps per set and past til failure for endurance to lifting as heavy as i can for as close to 10-12 reps at least and past til failure and if i cant make it i lower the weight and push for at least 5-6 more reps or failure.

Expectations- from what ive read a good expectation along with the pct compiled would be 6-10 lbs of good lean muscle along with fat loss. I am also gonna be tapering my carbs down as my cycle progresses so to take full advantage of helladrols cutting abilities. An avg of 300-350 in protein, 250-300 in carbs is my goal but with any input from others this is adjustable.
So far.....the first couple of days was business as usual. However, today i felt like i could have gone another hour after an hour and a half at the gym. Most likely plecebo effect but if it motivates me to push harder and pump out anothe rep or two then im all for it. Perhaps its my thinking that since im gonna do it then the work at the gym is definately not gonna be my weak point...lol
