I need one. I've googled and talk to world's of folks at the gym and there is always someone to join in the convo to disagree and start suggesting different gear pct ect. I need a simple list of things to purchase, where to purchase them from, and how much when and where. A complete guide to a simple but sweet first time cycle. If one exist post a link and if not anyone who could write me up something moderate and simple with the least amount of jargon as possible I would be forever grateful. 24/ 6'5/230. Athletic base. Been at some sort of conditioning since pop warner football at age 5. Thanks in advance

You came to a great place to research all that for yourself! There is no "single way to cycle." Hopefully you have your diet and training down for starters. Then you will have to research and tweak the various cycles that you want according to your goals and how your body responds to anabolics. For a first cycle I would suggest doing just testosterone. I'm sure someone here will give you a cycle layout for that.

Thanks for the info and encouragement. Outside of high school havnt messed with computers too much. And I'm even more hopeless on this darn phone. I'll have to hit the local library and do some research on a screen I can see haha
 
Okay.... lets change the question. I like being in the gym way more than humping this phone researching. Info share with me. .for you guys this is simple stuff. To me it is not. I don't even know anyone who was ever on a cycle.
Describe your first "successful" cycle with pct and any tit aggression issues and such.
... or your first cycle and mistakes you made that I should avoid. I'm not twelve and I'm anything but lazy. The more I research the more confused o get. Five minutes of your time could save me a shit ton of research time and likely some cash.
Also my diet was asked about earlier. Just came off a 4 week carb cut. Down to close to 9 percent. Feel strong just can't seem to get past chest stagnant. Just can't touch me chest at all anymore.

Reading the threads and doing some research will, at the very least, help you to ask the right questions. I don't think any of these guys are going to just tell you a bunch of drugs to buy and where to buy them. You need to learn enough to lay out a cycle and they will come thru and critique it. If you look around you'll pick up on this. You might want to start with the forum rules.
 
This is the first forum I have ever been a member of. If I wanted to read a book I would go to the library and check one out. I came to think that the purpose of a community like this was sharing information. But if it seems beneath some to share the most basic of information about there regular practices then I must have misunderstood the purpose completely. I'm sure if one researched hard enough they could find an answer to any one question on this site if such an answer exist. If everyone had to diagnose there own illnesses we would have no need for doctors.. I guess some are just more eager to share there wealth of knowledge than others. The information not being direct clear and to the point is the main reason for the majority of the misinformation floating around that all are so quick to bitch about. If I wanted to patch information together from random online resources or become an expert in anabolics I wouldn't have ask the question.
 
You have to have at least a rudimentary knowledge or you won't understand what they're talking about! Post up what you think looks good and people will help you. They won't help the lazy though
 
Read William Llewellyn's Anabolics, that will give you a solid base to start with.
Then I would type in google "Bodybuilding Nutrition Training Myths Debunked" and start reading only those sites with documented references.
And after that I would read all the post that the admins of Elite Fitness have done.

For me the most important part is to know what post is real and what post is broscience, I wouldn't start reading in here before being able to do that.
 
Real simple. Here at Elite, we recommended a very basic first cycle.
Testosterone only, 8-10 weeks, and I'd say no more than 400mg per week. Use whatever ester you feel suits you best (E, Prop, or Sustanon).

No need to complicate things first cycle, plus you want to see how you react to individual compounds before adding more into the mix. This will also help you assess what side effects you encounter. Starting with 2, 3, or 4 compounds and getting hit with a side effect, you'll have no idea what is causing it.
 
That is what I needed in a nut shell right there. So just 50mg test a day for 8-10 weeks. Ramp the clean intake up a bit and a moderate post cycle. Any suggestions for a pct that would be adequate for such a cycle. I read all sorts of crazy recovery mixtures with a zillion different things on the list. I would assume simple test wouldnt require as much to level out. I'm usually behind a welding hood 6/12 so trying to keep up with some freakish amount of supps is out of my league I believe.
