Hey guys ive been reading as much as possible to find the answer but none that i kind find fit so please help
Im 5'11: 190lbs probably about 20% Im in good shape working out off and on for years but steady routine for 6 weeks i have 50x50mg tabs of winny and10ml of 250mg/ml of deca
this all i have whats the best way to use it up in a cycle

best way to use it is not right now...

1st thing is the stats..i never hassle anyone about cycling but 190 at 20% u really dont have much muscle mass..id bust ur ass in the gym a bit more... if u gonna do it anyway then atleast get some test to run with it or your dick will be a limp noodle from week 4 until week 18

The reason that none fit what you're looking for is because thats a crappy cycle,also don't expect to keep any of the gains either ,because you haven't trained enough to build a base.
 
and you definitely don't want to do deca alone without test, you won't have your wang working for awhile..

what are your stats?
Height, Weight, Size, BF,
whats your diet like?
what are your workouts like?
what are your goals?

I realize your trying to help i dont mind the critizem thats why im asking you guys.(bad spelling i know)
My goal is 180-190 lbs and 12 to 15%bf
My diet is 3200 cals 40/30/30 carb/protien/fat approx just started
i work out 4x a week and run 3 x a week about 20 min 3 km
im 5 11 190lbs i think about 20% bf maybe less

I dont see any testosterone in your cycle.
 
i will add in 500mg of test per week
im going to go with 1.5 cc of deca(375mg per week and 50mg (one Tab) ed
