Finally took my first shot ever today, first time user.

This is my first time, I have with me EQ aka Ganabol, I am 5'7" and about 188, I am of stocky build, I would like to get definition!!! and some size not much though!!! What should I take with EQ and how should I take it, how many cc's a week etc.......................my goal is to drop down to about 175 give or take a few pounds, have definition and a nice size.

Well I started today with my first shot, 2cc of eq and 1 on decca also taking hydroxycut. I will keep you all posted as the weeks go by. I droped to 184 and still going.

Congrats on your first shot bud, they only get better from here If your goal is to get cut and defined then Diet and Cardio are key, if you have a clean diet and hit the cardio 4-5 times a week for 30+ min a day then that fat will start to melt off, Hydroxycut will also aid in the fat loss so keep taking it. The Eq and Deca will help preserve lean body mass while on a low cal diet. Keep the Protein intake very high through out your cycle. E-mail or PM me if you have any questions

Well the ganabol I have is the real deal it is from southamerica and it is a brown 50cc bottle and it had a picture of a horse and cow on it lol, besides I know people who have great shape and took the same thing, matter of fact my friend he holds a record for weight lifting, 2 plates 28 reps, 3 plates 27 reps,4plates 16reps,and 5 paltes 7 reps,and 6 paltes 2 reps all in one work out(same day) 2 hour frame.
but of course he has done other stuff also through out his life and he is about 5'5" and looks great cut up and big all the way.

I have a question about hydroxycut I might have to stop taking it cause it has ephedrin in it, and I heard bad things about that and the heart, specials on tv about ephedrin not good for the heart!!!!!!True or false?

Question, should I take clomid? Do I have to worry about that with what I am taking? and when should I take the clomid if I have to? and how much of it?

Yes you will need Clomid. Start it 3 weeks after your last shot of Eq. Take 300mg/Day for the first day of Clomid use then take 100mg/Day for the next 6 days of that week. The next week take 50mg/Day and the final week take 50mg/every other day.

I have heard many things about Ephedrine being bad for the heart. I have used it before and it works very well but it can be dangerous if you go to high on the doses. They can raise blood pressure as well so make sure you get it checked from time to time to make sure it never gets to high.

Believe it or not but it has been 3 days since my first shot(thursday) and tomorrow will be my second shot(monday)and I am feelin kind of pumped from the stuff already!!!!!!!!!
