FINAL word on Glutamine!

I've not been taking creatine or glutamine as regularly as I have been lately.

I have fallen into a bit of a "funk"... tired, drained, unmotivated.. weak.

I'm going to start up again today (and tonight before I go to sleep) and see if things change for the better for me.

I don't think glutamine is the kind of supp that gives you the visible, "here it is!" affect. I feel it's more underlying, yet essential and effective and probably worth the $25 every 3-4 months for it. IMHO, of course.
 
Glutamine sucks period IMO. I've been saying that for a while now, and get bashed left and right for that. It has never prevented me from getting a cold, made me less sore, stronger, or bigger. And as far as anti-catabolic I think BCAA's did a better job. Glad to see people are finally opening up their eyes to things. Every now and then there's a miracle supplement out there that later turns out to be crap.
