I've not been taking creatine or glutamine as regularly as I have been lately.
I have fallen into a bit of a "funk"... tired, drained, unmotivated.. weak.
I'm going to start up again today (and tonight before I go to sleep) and see if things change for the better for me.
I don't think glutamine is the kind of supp that gives you the visible, "here it is!" affect. I feel it's more underlying, yet essential and effective and probably worth the $25 every 3-4 months for it. IMHO, of course.
