Since the quote is not doctored you can't :) . On the topic one thing I did not see anyone talk about is bone structure. That can make a big difference in how your muscle you built looks on you.

yeah cooler heads will prevail no need for ass kickings :rainbow: ....things from time to time get "testy" in this place (go figure lol) wyane does know his stuff, i have no doubt to that but one thing i wish out of all this is just for people to be as open minded as possible when taking into account what is said here....obviously we have a wealth of knowledge with all of the "personalities" we have here and we all play a role on the board....i apologize for my part in things and admit it wasted space on the board, ill go back to helping people out......

Is Bivk going to reply back on this? I really would like to see what diet/training/cycles look like. I'm not saying that what I do/have done will work, but I'll surely tell ya what I think........

IMO, genetics play an important part like said. i'm naturally lean and have always had a damn hard time gaining weight/mass. i can train hard for 6wks and get a killer, ripped body. but as far as weight goes, it's hard.

my diet has always been pretty good and since being on gear, i have gained about 15lbs. i'm right at around 5'11" btw...but only weight in at about 156lbs at the moment. and it's not that i'm not training hard either. i work hard at whatever i do, work 30-40hrs a wk, go to school and work out/lift 1.5 to 2hrs a day, 6days a wk.

i work out with a couple of buddies that are just the opposite, different genes and they are able to gain mass like it's nothing.
