you could have saved yourself some time and just not bothered to write this, i DO help people LOL and i dont need your "blessing" to put forth what knowledge/experience i have....i answer things as to what i have done not what i heard and ive echoed this for some time....i never demanded respect in anything i wrote and the fact that you said i did so is pretty funny, please educate me for a minute and show me where i demanded respect from a moniker on a message board...i have respect from the people i need it from (family, child, co-workers, friends and somewhere at the very bottom of that list is a mesage board).....

ps show your mighty power and bomb me now  like thats gonna affect me

your small mind shows through when you cant accept when someone disagrees with what you say, i guess in your world you are the man (sad)

My post was deleted because it was posted towards the wrong person, it was meant for monopoly so calm down princess. It was however an attempt top get ths thread starter some help so since you say you help people, help him. I don't think you can personally. And I'm not going to bomb you you ass. LOL And yes I am the man....I'm glad you see that now.

I expected that answer.

Thats good advice, but why not help him? All joking aside here, offer up some advice. If you have the knowledge regardless of K points then share it. If it isn't crap advice, then I want to obtain it.

Come on princess. :spatts:

your training might be the problem. if you want to grow i would suggest really setting up a caloric need and surplus - i think you said your ripped naturally so you can add so body fat and probably still be lean - and then look at your training. your body adapts to reps in 3 weeks (give or take) and adapts to routines in a similar amount of time. try lifting really heavy for 3 week phases going from 10 rep sets (3 to 4 sets of 10 with weight you can only move for 10, stay with the same weight for all the sets). after 3 weeks move to 8 rep sets, then after 3 weeks to 5 rep sets, 5 sets, then 3 weeks later 5 sets of 3 reps. the low rep sets will help you push much heavier weight which will help activate more fast twitch muscle fiber in your upper body. the fast twitch are the bigger fibers. doing high rep sets constantly will yield no progress. also, change exercises every workout or every other to keep the body guessing. your body does not adapt to an exercise but the muscle activation to move your body. by changing exercises every workout you keep the body from creating efficient cns stimulation requiring more muscle to do similar movements. this means your body figures out how to do a flat bench db press and when it recognizes the pathway to complete the movement, the signal is sent quicker by being routed through the quickest channel, an adaptive response. by changing the reps and sets consistently this is avoided (to an extent) and allows more muscle fiber activation which results in more growth.

hope this helps. and genetics are a very big part of where you will be.

lol, what's wrong with you guys? A guy posts something that's BANG-ON, and just because he has a low post count he can't possibly know what he's talking about .

If you're 5'10 180lbs and have run multiple cycles, something isn't right...period. Chances are it's your diet, but it could be your training. Regardless, it's something and blaming genetics is a cop-out. Blame genetics for having a $#%@ty metabolism or having no peak on your bis, but at 5'10 180 lbs you're nowhere near your genetic potential no matter who you are.

Mak is right in that you'll never look like Ronnie Coleman, so yes, genetics determine your potential...but when you're nowhere near your potential in the first place you need to take a look in the mirror 'cuz that's where the problem is.
