I was thinking about switching to it this week for a change of pace, but decided against it. Basically, Poliquin's whole premise is that cardio is bad while dieting, so if you're gonna buy into his reasoning, you might as well follow it to the T. I think he overestimates the hormonal effects of high-rep training, and am a firm believer in reducing volume rather than increasing it(as GBC does) while dieting. Take a look at MFW, it's been discussed a bit there. Don't know if that helps or not.
