What is the lift that you find the most difficult/rewarding?
I put difficult/rewarding as when I was thinking about it I came to the conclusion that the adversity of the lift was in positive correlation to how I enjoyed the lift.
My favourite is 20 rep squats, most difficult thing I do in the gym which I do after my heavy set (DC training). I almost racked at 19 today, very almost, very very almost, the 20th rep was insane and also the best.
