Extra Skin

So I've been cutting for nearly a year now, and I've lost 62 lbs, and I'm still going because I'm not satisfied yet. I'm 6'3 230, and I'm only losing a lb a week if I'm lucky, but that really isn't the problem for me.

Basically, every time I sit down now, I get this extra roll and I think it's just extra skin at this point and not fat. I'm only 20, but I'm worried that my skin won't tighten up again and was wondering if there are some options for me other than surgery. My two biggest issues right now is my chest, I've had "manboobs" with puffy nipples (pretty embarrassing) for a long time and I always thought that me losing weight would help that go away but 62 lbs later and they poke out and still as puffy and to top it all off I have this extra skin. If you guys have any tips for what I can do I'd much appreciate it.

I know exactly how you feel. I started out at 315lbs also 6'3".

I had the man boobs too. I found that getting my bf% down and working out like crazy (chest and the like) really did away with my boob problems.

One thing you might want to do is go to your doctor and ask for some blood work. My test levels were always in the crapper and now that I have started hormone replacement therapy, I can tell a subtle difference in how my body stores fat. I'm not embarrassed to go without my shirt now, only if I shave my back though, lol

As for the skin, I bet it is because of fat and/or water weight. If not, just give it time and ask some of these ladies around here what would be good to tighten up loose skin. I myself have some stretch marks on my belly, but they are there for good, so I just overlook them.

When I first started out I wasn't eating enough and starving myself and stunting my muscle growth.

Are you working out to? Eating enough? What's your daily menu look like?

I wouldn't say I feel like superman now, but my workouts do feel better and am making alot better progress now. My metabolism seems to be faster now.

I do wake up with wood every morning when before it was non existent.

I still wanna take naps and such, but I did that even on cycle.

It sounds like you're loosing too much weight... meaning that you may be sparing muscle or not have enough muscle work. Maybe your diet is just too strict, review your diet for adequate protein intake. What is your bf %?

maybe its just a mattter of time before your body starts tightening up, im with nakkita on the diet thing

other than the looseness of your skin, is it otherwise healthy? do you have naturally nourished skin? the last thing you want is stretched skin to be anything other than 110% healthy etc.
