I definitely have issues with my shoulder and I’m wondering what kind of exercises I should avoid?
I get a popping sound and sensation when I try to lift especially heavy weight
what would you recommend for me going forward? I still want to train my shoulders and get stronger but I don’t want to tear my shoulder up either
