BULK diet on cycle
breakfast: nutri grain cereal, skim milk and glass juice (180 carbs, 50 protein, 8 fat)
lunch: rice, glass juice, 2 chcicken breasts ( 130 carbs, 50 protein, 8 fat)
pre workout: 2 scoop pre workout, and shake: (40 protein, 20 carbs)
post workout: 2 scoops whey protein, 2 bottles gatorade with creatine scoop: (50 protein, 70 carbs, 2 fat)
snack 1: 2 mass protein shakes ( 75 carbs, 50 protein, 8 fat)
snack 2: low fat milk shake, 2 tins tuna (50 carbs, 45 protein, 5 fat)
Dinner: 2-3 lean steaks, big serve rice, bread role (150 carbs, 70 protein, 20 fat)
before bed: scoop micaler protein with skim milk and coco/banana flavouring (25 carbs, 45 protein, 3 fat)
TOTALS: 700 carbs, 400 protein, 70 fat
that was my diet when i hit 105kg and my weight platued
current cutting diet i CBF explaining the whole thing
but my overall daily intake is
carbs: 350 grams, protein 350 grams, fat 50 grams
im down to 98kg and pretty dam lean now
