You are right, it will not work on a ketogenic diet -- it is a meal replacement powder, not just protein. Shipping is only $5.95, or buy any three items and get it overnight for free.

I have a tub here at work that I'm about halfway through, and I have a tub at home that I'm a little futher through. then when I move into my new apartment apparently there are two tubs there waiting for me (which I still need to pay for incidentally - to the person that is involved, I haven't forgotten), one choc, one vanilla.

so I think I'm set for awhile, but I do like the stuff.
although I know two people now that hate it, so perhaps it is just that I'm weird as usual.

depending on serviing size, I'd say 3-5 weeks I think. I haven't been paying too much attention as to how long I've had this stuff. probably 2 weeks or so. I use 3 scoops three times a day.
