Ephedra is best taken as i do since i have not had a a stroke yet:
Pre workout: (25 minutes before training)
1-s25 drink
2-Hydroxycut
1/2-Aspirin
Then do 10 minutes of cardio before workout. (treadmill)
Dont walk around between sets...you may want to, but dont...and also, keep your time between sets as you usually do, although you may feel as if you are readu to go from the eph, you still need your rest, plus, you also will have energy to press a few...if you begin to feel dizzy after you are done with your set, drink water and make sure you breath correctly.
I have found, that drinking the drink during the workout is useless as it does not give you constant energy. It is meant to be delivered in a jolt per say....
I used to drink 4 of these a day and then before workout...i dropped weight quickly, but that was in excess...also be careful what you are supplementing with...some as that should give you energy anyhow, may not be good to take with unless you have a heart like a race horse...same for some fat cutting supps....
